Information on the processing of personal data by the camera system

This information refers to the camera system located on the premises of BSC Line, s.,r.o., Cintorínska 45, 911 01 Trenčín.

The purpose of processing personal data by the camera system is to protect the property of the operator.

Legal basis this purpose is a legitimate interest according to Article 6 par. 1 letter f) Regulations of the European Parliament and the Council (EU) 2016/679.

The legitimate interest of the operator is the protection of the operator's property.

Personal data of the affected persons will be kept by the operator for a period of 7 days.

Recipients of personal data will be, or depending on the situation may be:

  • Executive of the operator,
  • law enforcement agencies,
  • court.

The operator does not transfer personal data to third countries or to international organizations.

There is no automated decision-making or profiling during the processing of personal data.

p>The person concerned has the right to object to the processing of personal data according to Article 21 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council.

To ensure fair and transparent processing of personal data, the person concerned has the right:

  • require from the operator access to personal data relating to it,
  • portability of personal data,
  • file a complaint with the supervisory authority.

The provision of personal data is necessary in order to fulfill the legitimate interest of the operator, namely the protection of the operator's property.

The provision of personal data is not legal, nor a contractual requirement, nor a requirement that is necessary to conclude a contract. The provision of personal data is carried out on the basis of a legitimate interest according to Article 6, paragraph 1 letter f) Regulations of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679. The operator has developed a proportionality test that justifies the processing of personal data of the affected persons on the basis of the operator's legitimate interest. The affected person can submit a request to obtain information about the result of the proportionality test.

In order for the operator to realize his legitimate interest, the affected person is obliged to provide his personal data. Failure to provide the necessary personal data may result in a physical person not being allowed into the operator's facility.
