Data Processin Agreement

BSC LINE, SPOL. s r.o., hereinafter BSC Line, is the controller of personal data in accordance with the relevant provisions pursuant to para. § 19 of Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on the protection of personal data, and Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council.

Under the GDPR Regulation, information on the processing and protection of personal data and related rights is thus provided to personal data subjects.

BSC Line processes personal data in accordance with the GDPR or other relevant legal regulations and at the same time investigates the rights of the persons whose data are processed. Fulfilling BSC Line's obligations in the area of ​​personal data protection is an integral part of BSC Line's operations.

The categories of personal data processed are governed by the extent to which they have been provided to BSC Line, via the contact form on the website. These are provided address, identification and descriptive data, in particular name, surname, contact information, telephone, e-mail address and electronic data such as IP address or cookies.

The purpose of personal data processing is to include them in the database operated within the website and possibly other business or other activities for which personal data will be processed.

The User's personal data is processed automatically. BSC Line considers personal data to be confidential and will not transfer them to third parties without the consent of personal data subjects or a legal obligation, unless it is a group member that includes BSC Line, which has its registered office within the European Union.

Personal data is processed for the duration of cooperation with BSC Line and the necessary time after its termination. Personal data is processed on the basis of consent and for the longest time until the withdrawal of consent, which can be done at any time and thus terminate the cooperation with BSC Line.

Withdrawal of consent shall not affect the lawfulness of processing based on the consent given before its withdrawal. Revocation of consent also does not affect the processing of personal data processed by BSC Line on a legal basis other than consent (ie especially if the processing is necessary for the performance of the contract, legal obligation or for other reasons specified in applicable law).

According to the Regulation, personal data subjects have in particular the following rights:

a) The right to information;

b) The right of access to and portability of personal data;

c) The right to correct or supplement inaccurate personal data;

d) Right of erasure (“right to be forgotten”);

e) The right to restrict processing;

f) The right to object;

g) Revoke consent to the processing of personal data;

h) The right to obtain confirmation from BSC Line as to whether the personal data of the subject are being processed.
